All purchases are subject to the following terms:
We currently only ship within the UK. Any orders received from outside the UK will not be completed.
The conditions for a refund or exchange are as follows:
In the event that the item has been misrepresented, (ie. not as described), then the customer will be entitled to a refund.
In the event that the item is faulty, the first course of action is to replace the item. Where the item cannot be replaced, then a refund will be issued.
The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to Mounts Bay Music and insuring that the item arrives safely. Mounts Bay Music is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return post. The cost of postage back to the customer will be the responsibility of Mounts Bay Music.
Refunds do not include postage costs.
